Re: Trama cerrada or closed screen!

In photogravure we can usually recognize the screen albeit at the edges. At times the edges seem closed on all sides!

Had this been done on purpose or was it a coincidence??

Judging from the Mexican 40p Libros you may get the idea it was done on purpose! We can even see a tiny dot on top of the "4"! This occurs in all my 40p copies...

The 200p Citricos with burelage [con trama] seems to have a normal (green) screen!

However I do have a copy with the (green) screen closed like in the 40p! Only by coincidence I noticed it had a inverted burelage as well [trama invertida].

It seems to me now that for the 200p Citricos a NEW cylinder for green must been used....
