The 2004 Irish flower defiinitives

Mensaje por Rein »

These wonderful definitves were printed in Ireland by the Irish Security Printing Company in offset-litho.

Most stamps I know were having a traditonal cross screen for each colour, but appparently there was a change to stochastic screens somehow like in the Argentina culture set!

I just wondered why nobody has looked at the offset-litho screens?

Compare the 1 and 2 Euro stamps.

Traditional screen at the left, stochastic screen at the right for the 1 euro:

I have no idea whether 2 euro also exists with a traditional screen? I suppose so!
