of course you know all about EME although you barely touched the subject in your book. In this case the dots of the portrait are unscreened and prepared like that especially for mr. Struycken!! The text part - country and value - is so tightly engraved that I can only guess the angle was circa 50 degrees and the density circa 125 dpi... There is no way for me to scan it so I could show it to you, alas!!

The previous series of Queen Beatrix stamps with basically the same design by Peter Struycken and had been printed by Joh. Enschedé and Sons, Haarlem in photogravure too - on Goebel reel-fed rotaries - and also using EME! However, here we can somehow see the angle of the screens!
