The first stamps having got a personalized tab to the stamps was issued in 1999 in Australia. At a certain point in time the included tab got introduced. The kiss-diecuts for these stamps are completely different.

I would like to find out how different and so far it was pretty difficult to find material and it still is!

Another aspect to the personalized stamps is the fact that the digital printer - Fuji Xerox Docucolor - is printing a pattern of yellow dots on the stamps making it possible to trace the very machine [digital printer] and the time and date of that printing!
