Este sello es muy raro. Esta impreso sobre el papel 1L6.
Tony,
This stamp - wiithout the S.O. - is mentioned in Bardi's Survey as "Zarate granulado vertical" national paper with "m" which is correct: the watermark is orthogonal, the paper wire is horizontal. Bardi also adds that the watermark is transposed "filigrana traspuesta - FT".
I have 2 S.O. stamps that due to the obvious rhomboic structure was placed in my stockbook near my very earliest 40c stamps. But just now I looked again at the watermark as saw that is was orthogonal and not parallel., A quick look at Bardi's survey gave the answer: national paper.
It is a pity that Bardi did not give a survey of the Ministerials nor the S.O.! How are we to know what exists?
As to the FT aspect! The front has very flat surface thast would contradict the transposed aspect! My copies are mint so I can not really tell whether the back surface is as flat as the unwatermarked stamps.
Most unwatermarked PyR I stamps are transposed! Bardi does not mention that!
Whatever criticism is aired here by me, I think Bardi's survey is some 96% close to reality and it is a great pity he didn't have the necessary pictures/images included. As it is now the survey is only readable/understandble for someone who has got more or less so far on his own.....

Tony,
this is not dirt on the plate but dirt on the rubber offset-cylinder. Any "dust" partical will be pressed deeper into the rubber cylinder and will have ink itself top transfer, but the moat (foso) around it will receive no ink. And that is what we see! An inked object with a white "aura"!
In Dutch this is called "spanjool" or Spanish

15c y 20c Torito.
Luis
Luis,
Not only the shape of the Sun is variable, also whether we see AR or AЯ!

Tony,
you do not mention 2D (rayos rectos difusos) on your site:

As a base stamp [no SO] Bardi does not mention it either!!

Tony,
how do know whether the double impression exist at all??? The examples you give seem to me just the "vibration" type!!!

Rein,
I have not gone through the 2 pesos for papers as I have for the 25c/50c. I have shown some here and there. I need time!

No he revisado todos los papeles del 2 pesos al detalle que le he dedicado a los 25c/50c, aunque si he mostrado algunos ejemplos. Me falta el tiempo!
