This little black scratch seems to be omnipresent.... Este pequeño rasguño negro parece ser omnipresente ....

thank you, I did read it and I have noticed that most stamps printed by the Compañia display such dots [and lines]. Only the Libertad con escudo series hardly has these dots! I found the 15c only! Could it be that this set had been printed from cylinders???

gracias, yo lo leí y me he dado cuenta que la mayoría de los sellos impresos por la Compañía monstran asi puntos [y líneas]. Sólo el serie Libertad con scudo apenas tiene estos puntos! Encontré la 15c solamente! ¿Podría ser que esta serie había sido impreso a partir de cilindros???
