According to TM there are 3 designs:

1 - small letters
2 - big letters
3 - modified design

with the following papers:

1.1. coated and fluorescent
1.2. uncoated and fluorescent {RRR]
2.1 coated and fluorescent [RR]
2.2 uncoated and fluorescent
3.1 uncoated and phosphorescent
3.2. coated and fluorescent
3.3 coated and phosphorescent

7 variants altogether with the uncoated paper displaying a modified photogravure [fuzzy!]

Two variants are certainly scarce and worth more than the old (1998) TM mentions!!

The first AND the secund design have a doorpost that is closed at the bottom and the 10 is farther from the roof:





in the first design the lettering is "small" - last "A" under the "L" - (coated paper, tradtional etching):



in the second design the lettering is "big" - last "A" under the "I" - (uncoated paper, modified etching):




The third design [or modified design] has a doorpost that is open at the bottom and the 10 is closer to the roof:
