Not all stamps come from the same printing house! So why should they use this white screen????

Playing around with image processing software:
The white screen is definitively there, but was it printed???? And why?? A few German collectors now agree with me as far as the existence goes!

The white and the black screen may seem to be aligned at first sight but they are NOT!

And in the Franz Liszt stamps of 2011 - printed by the State Printing House in Berlin - there is not even an offset-litho plate with a screen used!
But our white screen is obvious!
You can see the screen effecting the cancellation - that getting a screen as well! - but outside the stamp itself there is no screen!

2009 The University of Leipzig - Bagel Security Printing:
We see in the cancellation the 45 degree screen whereas the cyanblue has 75 and the magentared 15!

The background in yellow ink can be applied without using a screen! And thats happening a lot!'But some obscure reasons for this stamp a screen had been used! Why?
A screen like this but then in white colour! That is the white print!

In 2005 a stamp got issued to commemorate the Augsburg Religion Peace Treaty, issued in sheetlets of 2x5, including the year 2005 and WITHOUT a background colour!
