The 3 cent Moreno grey in offset-litho

Types of paper and their first use [according to Pettigiani] and their relative scarceness:

MI 5 1946 "c" for both ; Pettigiani also sees a "trama difusa" version
RR 2 January 1949 "c" for both
SF 1 23.02.1946 "c" for both
SF 3 1946/1947 "c" for both; Bardi has a SF 2, Pettigiani has not but has a Canadian paper that is "R"

The No Watermarks need to be studied better! The direction of paper should be taken into account and the sheen on the front of the stamps!

That the "rayado vertical' is "common" is highly unlikely! I am lucky to have 1 used copy so far!

The 5 cent Moreno in offset-litho

Types of paper and their first use [according to Pettigiani] and their relative scarceness:

MI 1 01.10.1935 "c" for both

Strange enough we have a lot of later printings for the 5c with Servico Oficial!!!!! Most of them on types of paper the original never had had. We are dealing here with bicoloured offset-litho in most cases!

The 5 cent Moreno in typography - type I

Types of paper and their first use [according to Pettigiani] and their relative scarceness:

MI 1 February 1937 "c" for both?

We should bear in mind that this printing had been around for only 3 or 4 months!!! Type II has a first mentioned date of 08.06.1937!

Mint stamps of the Ministerials are galore! Used stamps might be "R" rather than "c"!

The 5 cent Moreno in typography - type II

Types of paper and their first use [according to Pettigiani] and their relative scarceness:

MI 1 June 8th, 1937 "c" for both
MI 7 10.05.1939 "c" for both
TI 1 1940 "c" for the upright position; "R" for the inverted position
TI 2 December 1940 "c" for both in the upright position. Date highly questionable!
TI 5 1941 "c" for both in the upright position; "R" for both in the inverted position. Does TI 5 exist at all for the 5c????

Again we find the tizados here to be at a mess still ....
