I have a block of 4 in which the 1st and 2nd row belong to the second root block, the 3rd row is as the 2nd row,but the 4th row belonfs to the 1st root block!

A really strange combination of (parts of) root blocks!
Comparing it with Tony's 4th block his lower 3 rows may be my top 3 rows!

The 5c Moreno in typography without dots on his forehead has a strange value tablet!
What happened to the lines inside the "5"????
