Usually we overlook small details because we do not think it is relevant. A missing screen dot occurs in every photogravure printed postage stamp. But when a group of missing dots occurs on every stamp???
Or maybe somebody has the 1c Girasol in green without that indent?

The "fly-specks" at the right of the stem could have been accidental....
But now having 2 copies of them I begin to wonder?!

Hola
Rein, you are right! The missing dot in the bottom frame seems to be in all Girasoles-green stamps.
(I revised stamps with and without watermark and in all are the same)

Also, I have this block of 4: the vertical pair in the right side is more wide:

Jorge,
both the Girasol and the Bariloche were also printed on the Mailander:

Jorge,
I also found the wider version of the 1c Girasol!
it must have been printed on the Mailander; the direction of printing is L [ink flowing to the left] but the direction of paper is vertical!!!
A Casa de Moneda watermark plus red and blue fibres!

Direction of printing L:
you can see the ink flowing towards the left!

Saludos,
