Just as I have done for the PyR I series, I placed some Excel files concerning the later PyR series on my web-sites. They are in the beta-phase, so may get changed/updated daily !

I suggest you tu use Google spreadsheet, instead of Excel. This way you can have the spreadsheet online, and invite people to see it (and edit, if you want). People will access the last version always, and you will have no need of update. You can also put a document to the sight of everyone (they must have the link of course), with edit permission on not. Like this, with all the revenue stamps from Buenos Aires province in the perios 1944-1970: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key ... JUkE&hl=en
This document can be edited only by Matías and me, but can be seen by averyone.

Te sugiero que uses la hoja de cálculo de Google, en lugar de Excel. De este modo tendrás la planilla en la web, y podrás invitar a otros a verla (y editarla, si querés). La gente tendrá acceso a la última versión, siempre, y no vas a necesitar actualizar. También podés poner un documento a la vista de cualquiera (deben tener el link obviamente) con permiso de edición o no. Este documento puede ser editado solamente por Matías o por mí, pero puede ser visto por cualquiera.

Thanks! I was not familiar with that type of spreadsheets! I will look into it, as this seems a much better solution...

I forgot a thing: you must have a gmail account in order to use GoogleDocs.
Another good point is that the gdoc allows you to download the file into your computer in several formats: ods (OpenOffice.org), xls (Excel), pdf, html.

Me olvidé de una cosa: tenés que tener una cuenta en gmail para usar GoogleDocs.
Otro punto a favor es que gdoc te permite bajar el archivo a tu pc en varios formatos: ods (OpenOffice.org), xls (Excel), pdf, html.

I have uploaded the last of your files, just to show you how it looks. There are a little troubles of compatibility (it doesnt allow 90º degrees text, for instance).

Excel allows you to export the data into a HTML file which looks pretty good as a webpage but some headings do not seem to match

I had similar compatibility problems after simply exporting the Excel file into a HTML-file! So it isn't that easy yet!

I think the best option is to use the gdoc. The html is harder to edit, and you have to upload it every time you make a change.
The gdoc also let you to work in collaboration. Several users can edit the document, and there is a memory of the changes (you can see what changed and by whom).
The formats are useful if you want to keep a copy in your pc, according the software you use.

Edit: there is no way to rotate text in gdoc...

uploading is no problem for me - at least not now! This is still quite experimental as I am not used to Excel at all

carga no es problema para mí - por lo menos no ahora! Esto es todavía muy experimental, como no estoy acostumbrado al Excel
