1922 Postal Congress in BA - unknown type of paper!

In 1922 the new watermark with multiple Suns RA was introduced. The paper is supposed to originate from the Netherlands.

I haven't seen anyone mention that this type of paper also exists on bluish paper with clearly visible blue fibers!

Rein,

I am not surprised by your enlightened finding. This stamp received heavy use and has many varieties.

Tony,

you are right! And I have the ones that are described in Kneitschel c.s. But this one was new to me!

I found a third copy of the 5c UPU! It is a pity that the ministerial is a fake!

but what is even more striking is the existence of this type of paper in the 1917 JSM series!

I will display it in a separate thread as well!!
