Suddenly a completely different size???

22x31.5mm and later 31.5x22mm. And eventually 32.4x22.5?

Turned 90 degrees maybe? :

The version without watermark is also printed on the 1968 Goebel rotary press and has the same larger size!!!

And at last - 4 - the variant without watermark, coating (tizado) ; 39.0mm high, printed on the Goebel reel-fed press.

The Servicio Oficial is nothing but a bi-coloured (ochre and black) photogravure stamp.

There remains to be seen whether the variant no 1 (uncoated) exists with differences in the watermark size! The so-called mate nacional vs the mate importado!
