Australian "kiss die cuts" on modern peel and stick stamps

There is an enormous variety in Australian kiss die cuts that is not or hardly described in the main catalogues over here, unless you can easily measure the difference using a perforation gauge.
Sometimes I got the impression that the kiss die cuts of the booklets of 10, booklet of 20, coils of 100 and hanging cards of 5 are all different.
Is this true??? Is this observation well known to Australian philatelists only?
Below, I show you some different kiss die cuts, apart form the obvious Pemara comb-perforation look-a-like.

I will show you a few recent examples of the kiss die cut stamps with 2 [or maybe more?] varieties :
Scouting 2008:
Legends 2008:
They may have come fropm different sources as with the 2007 Botanic Gardens:
Right upper corner will be found in the coils, left bottom corner is the stamp booklets:
Or in full:

Of this stamp there at least 3 variations [havent'got the booklets nor coils yet

]:
This one hasn't got any thick teeths!
This one has the thick tooth at the lower left side
And that one has got it at the upper right side
3 major variations I would say.
But there is another aspect. The first two have a slightly deeper indent than the third one, although I sometimes doubt whether it's just imagination!
the one with the thick tooth at the upper right side:
