Granulado - how dense????

The granulado in Argentina stamps is quite often so clearly visible! But as this was supposed to be a symmetrical paper wire with angles of about 60 degrees and a density of 30/20 more or less, I hadn't paid much attention to the real densities.
In an earlier posting I had made my doubts about it but I was still uncertain!
The first stamp is on English paper [Wiggins Teape], the other 3 are from Zárate!
there is NO difference in density between the English and the national paper!

A clear difference in density - vertically either 3 rhombs per 4mm or 4 per 4mm.

Hi Rein!
I´m back from holydays which I spent in a South Brazil beach. Except the reef, it has nothing to envy the Caribean ones.
Now let´s get to your post. When you talk about density I understand you mean the 30/20 warp and weft. However I remember a post from you illustratting a finer wire mesh in Wiggings Teape granulado horizontal paper in earlier use of this paper. Can you now compare it with the one you show now? Best regards,
José

José,
yes! It is about the warp and weft!

This density matter is relevant for a lot earlier issues of Argentina!
The 1917 JSM series has several versions without Watermark! The 1918-1922 period needs a lot of study still!!
