Dear Rein, as you know I disagree with you.......... my personal thought is that it will be a slightly arrogant trying to impose a new theory throwing more than 50 years of studies and catalogation of this series..... I am more in the line that your studies should coexists with the traditional ones. I believe that is the thinking theory of Bardi ( and Merlo's) theory.....There are all Mate Importado, then you will find "Granulado Vertical" M, m and all the details you might want but for the one who doesn't wants to go deep.... It's ok to say Mate Importado and we should try to give them here ( in the forum) some "tips" to recognize them and going deep as far as they feel comfortables......

Just like Newton's law and Einstein relativity theory.....the first one is usefull for the 99% of the calculations.....leaving the second only for very specific cases. Your studies are great but IMHO only for the ones that really wants to deeply study the series.

Within a year I have read everything I could lay my hands on of messrs Merlo, Bardi, Tenorio Casal and Solari. I have two versions of Kneitschel [1952, 1961 - unfortunately not 1958 or 1974 ], I have Mello Teggia 1998 and 2010, I have Göttig-Jalil 2009 and Klass 1970...... I have the 2 volumes of A. DeLuca. What more you suggest for me to read to have an idea of the Philatelic Heritage of Argentina????

I could do with more, but so far I got reasonably enough input to make output myself! And that output is different from what you might have expected!

I know you have your own theory for papers, and honestly I have no more ideas to write for you to understand , your theories in almost all the cases are different from the ones that has been in the catalogues from more than a century. We want to give you the freedom to expose them and discuss them, but that does not mean in ANY WAY that we are accepting it as true. So until we have an acceptance from several specialists, we would like to answer with the classic approach to the question of "mate Nacional", "mate importado" or "tizado". I hope you understand that.

I do NOT expect youi to accept anything as true (taking it for granted) as I highly estimate the intellectual capacities of the Foreros here to tell me whether I'm wrong or incomplete.... or .... If you need outside experts ("So until we have an acceptance from several specialists") why not consult them??? mr Merlo is a member, mr Bardi pops in here occasionally....

I criticized the texts of mr Bardi in the 2008 Clasificacion referring to the "Tizado", the final version of mr Bardi's book is completely in line with my remarks.... So where were your "several specialists"???
