Re: P&R I Departmental Officials
I find a small RA for a 10c Type II with the 1E1 printing. Most other RA's I have seen from these printings are noticeably larger.
The 25c for this overprint was issued in 1937 and all of my specimens are 1E2 wartermark.

Re: P&R I Departmental Officials
Here I include images of selected values with dated postmarks. After studying all of the issues for this watermark, I find that the 30c is only 1E1, and the 25c is only 1E2. It is interesting that stamps overprinted mostly in 1936, and in a small number of cases in 1937, are found used in 1939/40, when the "servicio oficial" issues were already in use. I postulate that these stamps were infrecuently used by this ministry.

Here I include three small format stamps. I still do not know if these overprint varieties are repeatable.

Re: P&R I Departmental Officials
These two pairs have the same two plate varieties side by side, but the overprints are not identical. These plate varieties remind me of the alternating row pair of plate varieties in the type I 10c red plate. It is interesting to note that both pairs were postmarked on the same town and on the same day. They were likely from the same block.
The first pair:

Maybe someone has a large block of this stamp showing these repeating plate varieties?

Re: P&R I Departmental Officials
Here are three specimens of the 5c1E with this variety. From the number of specimens that I have, and from small variations in the design of these three specimens, it it possible that there is more than one position on the plate with this variety. Does anyone have a block with more than one of these?
In addition, I do not find any 5c1Et (typographed) with this variety. I wonder if the error was corrected before the typographed stamps were overprinted.

Here is a stamp I am adding to the beginner's collection I have recently outlined. This is the 'two dots between M's' variety.

Here is the page with the 10c values. The first row is type I, all others are type II.
Here is the page with the 15c values and 20c JMG values. I am missing the 15c M.H., which seems to be very rare.

Here is the page with the M..M error for the low values; and a 50c and several 1p with boundaries. The latter is an incomplete selection of these very rare stamps.

Here are the most obvious varieties I have found in this selection.
1c MG over-inked, more a curiosity than a repeatable variety.
3c MA with phantom impression on the back
5c MG with G missing lower section
5c MJI with deformed M
30c MI

Re: P&R I Departmental Officials
Some time ago I found two 50c Petroleo stamps with ministerials on them, but printed on a type of paper that was not possible. Tela [MI4/1E3c] of 1941!
Now we have several 1c Sarmiento that have been printed on rayado vertical [MI5/1L1] of 1950!
What they have in common is the round tops and the high "belly" of the "M"! Compare it with a real copy:
