P&R I 30c Wool
Poor register of the plates for the bi-color values cause relative shifts in all directions.
For the 30c, the shift causes vertical lines in the background plate to be seen.
This one shows an even larger shift.

Re: P&R I 30c Wool
At first glance this variety seems to belong to the background color, but after checking shifted specimens, I find that this minor plate flaw is on the frame plate. By how many of these I find, it looks like this is a master die variety and should be found on more than one position on the sheet.
These are 1E1 stamps. This one is postmarked 1936.

This plate variety appears to have a single position on the plate. Both specimens are 1E1.
In the second one, I find a second small flaw, and it seems also to be found on the specimen above.

These tiny ink dots are similar to the ones I found earlier on a 1 peso without map boundaries.
The dots can be seen along the top edge on the left and the right corners of the stamp.
This stamp has a small plate flaw.

Re: P&R I 30c Wool
For the 30c unwatermarked I find three color varieties. The most common is this one, which I find in various shades. This is the first NGR printing of 1945, and is the most common printing for this value.
These two NGR color varieties I find used in 1947/48, and are not as common.
These are the colors for the NOP thick paper printing:
And this one, a thinner unwatermarked paper, I currently call NOP, but it could be a third unwatermarked paper.
Here is a side-by-side comparison of these stamps:

A 30c1L block that may be 1L1
Here is a block of the 30c1L that I think is 1L1, but does not have the clear mesh that the 50c1L1 has.
This block has three stamps with minor plate varieties:
Second row, second stamp
Second row, third stamp
Third row, second stamp

does the 30c 2D exist?? Or is it 2C!
Phrased differently - Rayos Rectos Nitidos exist but Rayos Rectos Difusos?

Re: P&R I 30c Wool
The following 30c Lana has got some peculiar diagonal lines:
The watermark is orthogonal, the direction of paper runs parallel to the long side of the stamp "M"; the paper wire is symmetrical. Also better know as 1E4 or "papel holandés"

Re: P&R I 30c Wool
The 30c Lanas printed on coated paper with an orthogonal watermark, asymmetrical paper mesh, mesh gauge 30/16 [!], paper direction parallel to the long side of the stamp = "M", the type of paper introduced in 1943 for the stamps commemorated the 4th of June 1943 Revolution. It has to be studied whether the definitives got printed before or after that "glorious" event???
The yellowish background seem to have been printed after the design had!

After the 1943 coated papers followed the unwatermarked version of the 30c:
Also here the yellowish background seem to have been printed over the brown design!
And what about that enormous blot of ink next to "30" ????

Re: P&R I 30c Wool
As with the 2p Frutas the corners of the stamp may have 1 or more "hooks":

Plating a sheet of the 30cMRC
By sheer luck, this second sheet is from the other plate of 100. The previous incomplete sheet showed a 5 by 5 or half sheet symmetry. This one shows a column by column symmetry. With these two sheets I have plated 189 of the 200 positions in the early plate. Here are corner scans.
The overprint shows almost no variation. The only break I find is to position 7.
