The 5 cent San Martin in offset-litho - type I - Servicio Oficial
Sometimes the "Servicio Oficial" had been printed in offset-litho sometimes in typography. Pettigiani does not mention anything about it, although A. Fredy Yedro did mention these printing methods in his articles....
Types of paper:
MI 5 with Servicio Oficial in offset-litho; also with "trama difusa"
ZA 1 with Servicio Oficial in offset-litho
to be continued ....

Re: The Manual - G.A. Pettigiani - 2010
It would have been logical to deal with the 10c Rivadavia here and now, but as you may have guessed this is quite a complicated value of which both Bardi and Pettigiani hadn't understood much.....
So I prefer to postpone the discussion on the 10c until the very end of my dealing with the separate face values hoping that in the meantime someone else might shine his light on them as well.....

Re: The Manual - G.A. Pettigiani - 2010
The 15 cent M. Güemes in offset-litho
Types of paper and their first use [according to Pettigiani] and their relative scarceness:
MI 3 1942 "RRR" for Pettigiani
MI 4 20.08.1942 "R" for both
RR 1 August 1942 "c" for both
RR 2 June 1950 "c" for both
SF 1 November 1945 "c" for both
SF 3 March 1945 "R"for Pettigiani
The MI 3 stamp was considered by Bardi as dubious, Pettigiani refers to the existence of just 1 [one] copy. One may wonder how we can be sure that it is not RR1 ??? With just one copy it is hard to establish the vertical inter-row distance of 30mm OR [!] 35mm.
Anyone having a scan?
