The reel-fed printings with type IIa:
So far no ministerials found although type IIa had been around since September 1936 and can be found later in the 10c chestnut brown????
The only block of 4 I have has them all four with IIa!

Re: P&R I Departmental Officials
Leopoldo Tenorio Casal refers to only ONE "tiraje" starting 01.06.1936 for the reel-fed printings, 11 printings in total including all ministeries!
Type IIa must have been used in the very beginning - only I haven't seen any ministerials with it !?!?!?!
