In the 1976 Cifras series most values have been printed on the Goebel photogravure rotary! The stamp size is exactly half of the size that several values of the P&R II/III have - those also printed on the Goebel! Some values of the Cifras series have also been printed in offset-litho in the same size but with a different perforation gauge and usually a different type of paper! It is the latter fact that interests our catalogues most! They even dare to mention the different orientation of a particular watermark and call it "fiscal paper" .....
