... printed on normal white paper or on thick yellowish paper
How should I understand this???

We have 4 face values here! DO all exist on BOTH the normal white paper AND the thick yellowish paper???

I don't think the 7F was reprinted at all.

The 4 face values were printed in 1949 on slightly yellowish paper without OBA's [optical brightening agents]; the direction of paper was parallel tot he short side of the stamps.

Recess printed by Joh. Enschedé en Zonen, Haarlem, in the Netherlands, engraved by René Cottet.

The 7F had not been reprinted!

The next printings have the direction of paper parallel to the long side of the stamps:

The paper wire is still asymmetrical!

In the early 1960-ies a new stamp - never catalogized, never published got issued: the 10F Mosel.

Also printed in Haarlem, but no longer in traditional recess but in a screendm etched version of recess. The engraving made by René Cottet got destroyed completely.

At the left the original engraved by René Cottet, at the right its caricature!

The screen dots are a long way from the engravings and were applied photomechanically and etched.

A new series of Handbooks was started in Luxemburg in 2006.

The Landscape-set was described as such in Volume II- 1944-1970:

Unfortunately a few matters are described very inaccurately! It seems as if written by just someone who hadn't the faintest idea about this series. At least not an expert on 20th-century postage stamps.
Auflage mehrere Auflagen bis 1960
As if the printings stopped in 1960! Most printings of the 10F were made after 1960, especially the coated paper verrsions and the ones with OBA in the coating and/or paper mass.
Zähnung L 11 1/2
und
Format 39x25.5mm
There was no line perforation! Joh. Enschedé en Zonen did use a comb perforation on their Grover machines. I.e. they used their standard-size B15. I.e. Comb 11:11 3/4 with 22/15 teeth horizontally / vertically. The width of the stamps is EXACTLY 40mm! Not the 39mm they measured!

Standard-size B was in use since 1929 and used for the Switzerland Pro Juventute Welfare stamps: B14 i.e. 22/14 teeth hor./vert. The sideways pins could be varied in number!
