I still do not get it!

The 25c was printed in offset-litho! Never in typography! At least before 1931! Am I right???

You are right. It was my mistake. It happens that the 25c was put into service on July 1st, 1924, which means 14 months later than the whole set issued on May 11th, 1923. This value was added to cover postage od a registered letter inside the country.
Typo stamps were issued during 1931.
