Per medio november 2006 a set of 4 postal stationery was issued by Inpost. The cardboard covers and the AR-form were sold with VAT included, the cardboard box was sold without VAT. By 09.07.2007 all postal stationery received a green stamp and they were subsequently sold for just the paper/cardboard price. All old postal stationery were declared valid till the end of 2007.

InPost has found a clever way to break this monopoly by adding a tin plate weighing 30gr to the covers handed in by the customers.
Smart move!!

Did these stamps find any place in the philatelic market?

NO,

the Polish philatelic market is only interested in the period 1860, 1918-1920 and 1939-1944!

That is why philately in Poland is dying out.... Young people cannot afford the expensive stuff their grand-parents are interested in. All they can afford - to some extent - is collecting the topical way..... ;)
